I just heard that California voters are heading to the polls in November to decide whether the state will make history by legalizing the recreational use of marijuana for adults. Great, let's add that to booze, texting, verbal jousts on the cell phone as the new battle casualties start rolling to the ER's - just in time for people who don't do shit like that to cough up more taxes to pay for this self indulgent jerks.
